This notice covers the information collected through the Komma pre-launch website and launch list. It is intentionally limited to this pre-launch site and should be replaced or expanded before the full Komma service launches.

What we collect

When you join the launch list, we collect your email address, city, any name or nickname you choose to provide, and any optional comments you submit. We also record your confirmation that you are 18 or older and that you consent to receiving launch communications.

Why we use it

We use this information to manage the Komma launch list, contact you about launch access and relevant product updates, understand broad geographic interest, and associate the advertised complimentary month of Komma Punt with your signup email.

What we do not need from this website

The launch-list form does not request payment card details, government identification, precise GPS location, profile photographs, or sensitive profile information.

Storage and service providers

Signup records are stored by Komma on infrastructure used to operate this website. Where configured, the same signup details may be securely forwarded to a service we use to manage communications or customer records. We do not sell launch-list information or use it for third-party behavioural advertising.

How long we keep it

We retain launch-list information for as long as it is needed for the Komma launch and early-access programme, or until you ask us to remove it, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or remove your launch-list information, or withdraw from launch communications, by contacting privacy@komma.chat. Marketing emails sent after launch will also provide an unsubscribe mechanism.

18+ service

Komma is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. Please do not join the launch list if you are under 18.
